- At Kairi Swimwear, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
- Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of swimwear, we are unable to restock or resell items that have been purchased.
- We strongly encourage all customers to review our size guide and product details carefully before making a purchase. If you need help selecting the right size, feel free to reach out to us - we’re happy to assist.
- In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@swimkairi.com. Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- If your claim is valid, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item.
- Kairi Swimwear reserves the right to reject any requests that do not meet the above conditions.
